NY Passive House
New York Passive House is a nonprofit organization that promotes the Passive House building standard, which reduces the energy consumption of buildings by up to 85% while providing superior comfort and indoor air quality. The Passive House standard was developed in Germany in the 1990s and has been adopted by many countries around the world as a way to combat climate change and improve building performance. Climate Week NYC
Climate Week NYC is a global event that brings together leaders from business, government, and civil society to drive climate action in conjunction with the United Nations General Assembly and the City of New York. It is the biggest climate event of its kind, with over 400 events across ten themes, both in person and online. Climate Week NYC showcases innovative solutions, celebrates climate achievements, and challenges ambition gaps to accelerate the transition to a net-zero future. Climate Week NYC primarily serves as a platform for connection and discussion among decision makers and influencers from different sectors and regions. Climate Week NYC is organized by the Climate Group, a non-profit organization that works with businesses and governments to implement climate policies and strategies.
NY Water Week
NY Water Week is a global event that brings together New York City and the world to drive water action in conjunction with the United Nations 2023 Water Conference, the first of its kind since 1977. It is a week-long celebration of water innovation, education, resilience, and advocacy, with over 100 events across five themes, both in person and online. NY Water Week primarily serves as a platform for connection and collaboration among water stakeholders from different sectors and regions. NY Water Week aims to create a water secure future for all by sharing and amplifying the solutions that feed into the UN Water Action Agenda.
